If you haven’t yet achieved your hopes and dreams, and you truly want to, you have to change your automatic, habitual thoughts, beliefs, behaviours, and emotions.  I believe that to achieve this we have to be consciously aware of our reactions to situations.  We have to humble ourself and realize that when something undesirable happens, we have participated in the creation of it; a lot of times through our expectation of a negative outcome due to limiting beliefs. 

A common limiting belief I have both experienced and heard is dreading waking up and going into work.  If we expect getting our of bed and going to work is going to be a negative experience, then that is what we will experience.  If we expect driving to work is going to be a negative experience, then that is what we will get.  If we intentionally and consciously change our expectations and our behaviours and reactions from negative to those that are positive, and do this consistently until it becomes automatic, then we will have more positive experiences.  I know that some people will not believe this and that is fine.  I wonder if those who don't believe would be able to identify why they are resisting the possibility that it would work?  Be curious about your resistance.  Is it because it is a new concept?  Is it because it seems to woo-woo? Is it because you tried it a couple of times, and it didn’t work?  I believe that anyone who is intentionally practicing conscious awareness continuously is getting better at it each day, and is experiencing successes.    

Achieving our happiness and hopes and dreams is both easy and hard.  The concept is easy, but the execution can be very hard for some.  Some of these programs that are running inside of us have been there for our whole life.  How long do you think it would take to change something that has been inside of you your whole life?  Who knows?  But do you think you are worth it to try?  I am committing to doing this for 1 year, can you try too?  You deserve everything your heart desires, just as much as everyone else. 


Remaining cool, calm, and in control is a


The ideal is to get to a place where the circumstances you find yourself in do not affect your happiness for an extended period of time.  We all experience those lower vibrational emotions, but the more we are vibrating in the higher emotions, the less we will experience the lower ones as the same stuff won’t bother us anymore.  If it does bother us, then it won’t be for as long, and it won’t be as intense.  Remaining cool, calm, and in control is a SUPERPOWER.  It is a superpower because achieving that brings you joy and freedom.  Freedom from your emotions.  Freedom from negativity.  Freedom to feel great no matter what!

  • Drink lots of water

  • Do what makes you happy

  • Laugh as much as possible

  • Sing

  • Dance

  • Move

  • Go out in Nature

  • Take a Bath

  • Swim in the Ocean

  • Get a Massage

  • Practice the 3 S's - Silence, Solitude, Stillness

  • Disengage from negativigty

  • Forgive yourself and others for what you can.  Start small

  • Practice gratitude daily

  • Practice compassion daily

  • Practice forgiveness daily

  • Practice love daily

  • Practice allowing daily
